customers. As voluntary unincorporated organization, CLEreg's purpose is to provide an opportunity
for the discussion and exchange of information relative to MCLE. As part of this exchange,
CLEreg makes certain data available through an online service - "CLEreg's Official Reference
Guide to MCLE Requirements" ("The MCLE Guide," "The Guide" or "Guide") CLEreg will not collect

CLEreg offers secure online payment for subscription fees. Requests for a refund
or waiver of fees should be sent from the party requesting a refund to the
attention of the appropriate contact party indicated in on this website.
Requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. In the event a fee is
deemed eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded or appropriately
credited within a reasonable amount of time as to provide for transaction of service.
